3.14. Motif jewelry does not keep stock of all of the products offered for sale on the robertobravo.com website. Ordered products are produced when deemed necessary. However, for various reasons, it may not be possible to produce products that are ordered and not in stock. In this case, the person who placed the order will be notified by e-mail or telephone and the entire amount received for the product will be refunded to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if the order was placed via wire transfer/EFT.
3.15. The user's right of access to our site may be blocked if it is determined that erroneous, incomplete and misleading information and expressions are entered into our site, information and expressions contrary to the general rules of morality and public order and the legal rules of the Republic of Turkey, the activities listed in Article 1.18 and similar to those listed in Article 1.18, activities that threaten the security of the site and the operating system, attempts to change or delete the information in the site content and similar situations. 4.14. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Motif jewelry will be taken as the sole and real exclusive evidence in accordance with the legislation and that such records constitute an evidence contract.
5. Enforcement
By completing and approving this registration form or using this site to receive services or place orders, the User is deemed to have declared, accepted and undertaken to comply with this agreement. The contract may be terminated unilaterally by Motif jewelry without any warning upon termination of membership or upon the occurrence of any of the termination situations listed in this contract.
6.Authorized Court
Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement.
7. Notification
7.1. The electronic mail address that the User notifies to Motif jewelry is accepted as the electronic mail where the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made regarding this contract. Any notification made to the User using this electronic mail address is deemed to have reached the User 1 day after the mail is sent to the User.
7.2. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing within 5 (five) days of any changes in their existing electronic mails, they agree that requests to the old electronic mails shall be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this user agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has provided about himself/herself, and that he/she consents to all commercial content sent to him/her after this approval.
